Using Wynday

Wynday provides Alfred, an everyday-planning service for adult supporters and supported people. You must be at least 18 and use the service lawfully. Supporters use their own email address to create a verified account. The interactive sample can be tried without an account.

Consent and responsibility

A supporter may configure Alfred only with the supported person's knowledge and permission. Discuss what belongs on the shared board before sending it. Do not use Wynday to monitor, coerce or impersonate another person.

Everyday support, not professional care

Alfred is not medical care, emergency monitoring, professional care management, legal or financial advice, or a substitute for emergency services. In this version, encouragement is written in advance. AI assistance, email connections and document help are still in development and are not connected.

Accounts and access

Supporter setup boards save to the signed-in account. Recipient progress and photos stay on their device. Keep access to your email secure and use the newest sign-in link. Recipient board links do not require sign-in or a PIN. Anyone with a board link can read its shared configuration. Protect access to your device and share links thoughtfully. The interactive sample needs no email and keeps changes only in memory. Refreshing starts it over. It does not open or change your saved boards.

Availability

Wynday is currently provided without charge. We will tell supporters before introducing any paid plan; continued use will remain optional.

Acceptable use

Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, use Alfred to harm or harass someone, or attempt to obtain another person's private content.

Service changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to protect people, comply with law or improve the service. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects how you use Wynday.

Termination

You may stop using Wynday at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk or material breach of these terms. Data access and deletion requests remain subject to our Privacy notice.
